How do I apply my photo credits?

Add all the photos you want to your cart, and on the checkout page, if you have credits, a button that reads “Apply Credits” will appear below your list of items. Click it, the page will refresh, and your credits will be applied.

What is the minimum spend for a shoot?

Our minimum spend is the £15 deposit, which includes 1 photo for free. If you don’t want to buy more photos, you are never obligated to do so!

Are the photos edited?

We do some minor editing to make sure shadows and highlights are even, and the images look “natural”. We will always deliver high-res jpegs, so you can edit yourself, and your raws are often available upon request.

What happens if I cancel the shoot?

If you cancel or reschedule more than 2 days before your shoot, we can usually accomodate. But, if you cancel or try to rebook your shoot less than 48 hours before the shoot is sheduled to take place, you will lose your deposit.

Who will be my photographer?

It could be any of us! But don’t worry, each and every Pic ur Photo photographer is trained to get any shot you see in our portfolio.
