Can I really use PicurPhoto for free?+
Yes! Our Free Forever plan is completely free forever. You get 1 live booking page, up to 10 live galleries, 1GB of storage, and all the essential features to run your photography business with just a 1% transaction fee.
What happens if I exceed my limits?+
On the Free Forever plan, you have 10 live galleries and 1GB storage. If you need more galleries or storage, you can upgrade to Grow for unlimited galleries and storage, or archive some existing galleries to make room for new ones.
How does the custom domain work?+
With the Grow plan, you can connect your own domain (like sarahsmithphoto.com) to your booking page and galleries. We provide step-by-step instructions to set it up.
How does the 1% transaction fee work?+
On the Free Forever plan, we charge a 1% fee on all payments processed through our platform. For example, on a $500 booking, the fee would be $5. Paid plans have no transaction fees.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. All paid plans are monthly with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Your data and galleries remain accessible.
